Barone Management acquired this asset in early 2013 as a vacant and incomplete retail base to a stalled condominium project.  Within 12 months, the project was completed and fully leased to a number of major national brands, including Dominos, Dunkin Donuts, Dollar Tree and Subway. Barone exited the asset in 2015 to stellar returns.
