Barone Management is developing a 96 room, ultra luxury hotel at 456 Greenwich St. The property is a rare full block front site in prime TriBeCa, and will have three fine dining food and beverage outlets with banquet space, private dining rooms, the largest screening room facility in lower Manhattan, a private members club, a rooftop swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool and a full service spa.  Scheduled for opening in 2019.
