Opened in November of 2024, Barone Managed has completed a 133,000-sf self-storage facility under the Extra Space Storage brand. The development consists of two separated structures including an abundance of “drive-up” units catering particularly to small business storage needs. This project marks the successful completion of Barone’s first ground up project on Long Island, sure to be the first of many.
