10 Gordon Drive, Syosset NY

During early 2022, Barone Management acquired the nearly 3-acre parcel located at 10 Gordon Drive in Syosset, where it is currently undergoing site plan approval for a ground-up, 133,000sf self-storage facility. The development will consist of two separate structures, including an abundance of “drive-up” units catering particularly to small-business storage needs. Construction is anticipated to commence during Q4 2022, with substantial completion expected in the early part of 2024.
