Acquired in a joint venture with the McSam Hotel Group in 2017, Barone Management co-developed the property into the Marriott TownePlace Suites. Standing steps away from the iconic Times Square bowtie, the hotel spans 35,000-sf and 114 rooms. Post completion Barone Management exited the asset in 2019.
