At 34-12 10th Street, Barone Management developed the middle school facility for the long established Growing Up Green Charter School. The project consists of a 25,000 sf facility inclusive of a gymnasium with regulation sized basketball court, along with science laboratories, and specialty art rooms. The project also consists of a dedicated outdoor play area. Well-positioned on the LIC/Astoria border, the school will be ideally situated to keep up with the tremendous residential growth in the area.
