46 Nevins Street, Brooklyn NY

Barone Management acquired 46 Nevins St. in 2011. During construction, Barone sold its fee interest in the real estate to the Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), the parent company of Holiday Inn. Concurrently Barone Management signed a development agreement with IHG to complete the project. The resulting hotel opened in July 2016 and is the first ground up Even Hotel, which is IHG’s wellness-focused concept, in the world.  With 202 rooms and suites, the hotel is in close proximity to Barclay’s Center, Downtown Brooklyn, and the Manhattan Bridge.
