Barone Management acquired 231 Hudson Street in 2011 and set about constructing two hotels on the block-through lot located in trendy Hudson Square.  In 2012, Barone Management sold its interests in the real estate to Quadrum Global and entered into a related agreement to develop the property as a first-of-its-kind Arlo Hotel.  Featuring 325 guest  rooms, abundant public spaces, sleek, modern design, and a spectacular rooftop bar with unobstructed 360-degree views of the Hudson River and all of Manhattan, the hotel has become one of the most vibrant spots in lower Manhattan.
