Barone Management has acquired the existing 23,000sf building at 4035 White Plains Rd., which currently houses the New York City operated NCNW Child Development Center. Upon renovating the existing building, Barone intends to renew the current tenant for a long term lease so that it may continue its mission of bringing quality early education to northern Bronx families.
