At 200 W Tremont Ave in the Bronx, Barone Management is under construction to redevelop the property into the new home of the charter school for Law & Social Justice middle school. Additionally, there will be a daycare center at the base of the building for, highly regarded day care operator, Sunshine Day Care Centers.
