407 and 450 East 158^th Street, Bronx NY

At 407 and 450 158th Street in the Bronx, Barone is currently developing a large supportive housing project totaling approximately 80,000sf across two separate and distinct buildings. The project, which is a joint venture with Azimuth Development in partnership with The Jericho Project as the non-profit operator, will provide much needed housing for formally homeless families and veterans in the Melrose section of the Bronx. Construction is slated to commence in the Summer of 2024.
