John Garcia – Project Executive
John brings over 30 years of experience in multiple facets of the Construction industry. He began his career working on multiple types of infrastructure projects for agencies such as Port Authority of NY & NJ, NYC Transit Authority, NYC DEP, and U.S. Army Corps. of Engineers. Part of this work included managing specialized prototype projects for these agencies. He has managed construction on numerous school renovation projects for the NYC SCA and has built ground up schools for the NYS Dormitory Authority. Additionally, he has over 20 years of experience focused on managing ground up, hi-rise residential projects throughout NYC for prominent developers in NY which includes over 2,000,000 sf of buildings. This portfolio has included 100% affordable housing buildings and hi-end market rate, mixed use buildings of which have claimed numerous international awards for new construction. He has extensive experience in pre-construction of projects with an emphasis on value-engineering of design leading to project cost savings as well as constructability review leading to reduction of project schedule.
