Jason Zingales – Project Executive

Jason’s role as a Project Executive at Barone Management involves overseeing the entire delivery process, from pre-construction to close-out.  He is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Barone Management standards.  Jason works closely with Barone’s Project management team, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, to coordinate the overall project and ensure that the project runs smoothly.  Jason graduated from Pratt Institute with a degree in Architecture; but has spent most of his career in the construction industry managing various construction teams constructing projects from affordable housing to luxury residential condo projects through-out the New York City Metropolitan Region.
