Pawel Kownacki – Project Manager

Pawel joined Barone Management in 2019 as a project manager after 7 prior years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on engineering and construction management. Prior to joining Barone, Pawel worked on multiple projects, including NYC SCA exterior renovations and ground-up new construction. In his previous endeavors, Pawel was part of the Essex Crossing development on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Since joining Barone, Pawel has overseen the close-out of both 144 West Street in Brooklyn and 338 West 39th Street in Manhattan.
