Nick Gounarakis – Director of Finance

Nick joined Barone Management in the summer of 2019 after graduating from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Finance and a Minor in Economics.  He is closely involved with all financial aspects of the company’s real estate development and construction projects, from deal underwriting and predevelopment to active construction and property management. In this capacity, Nick works closely with the firm’s lenders, accountants, partners, and investors to ensure that all financial obligations are met timely and accurately.
