Matthew Dayani – Junior Development Associate

Raised in Douglaston, New York, Matthew joined the Barone Management team in 2023. Prior to Joining the firm, Matthew was an undergraduate student in the School of Business at the University of Albany while also being a production assistant in the jewelry industry. Matthew received his bachelor’s degree from the honors college in business administration with a concentration in marketing and management.
