Mary Filocamo – Controller

Mary joins Barone Management with over 25 years-worth of accounting experience. Prior to her time at Barone, Mary’s specific focus over the past 15 years has been in the construction and real estate development industries, including work on large scale projects with both the New York City School Construction Authority and New York City Housing Authority. In this regard, Mary has worked closely with ownership and various lending institutions on projects well in excess of $80 million, bringing an abundance of financial acumen experience to Barone Management. She is always excited to be part of new projects and to take on novel challenges.
